Information for Participants
Registration of Participants
The conference office is located at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of the Jagiellonian University (address: Łojasiewicza 6, Kraków).
The office is open:
- from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and during coffee breaks (September 8th),
- from 9:45 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and during coffee breaks (September 9th, 10th, 11th),
- from 9:45 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and during coffee breaks (September 12th)
- from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (September 13th)
Registration of Participants will start on Monday, September 8th, during the office opening hours.
Accommodation
The participants will receive accommodation in Nawojka Student Hotel (address: Reymonta 11, Kraków) from 2 p.m. on Sunday, September 7th to 12 p.m. on Saturday, September 13th.
Alimentation
Breakfasts will be served at the canteen in Nawojka Hotel (address: Reymonta 11) and lunches will be served at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of the Jagiellonian University (address: Łojasiewicza 6). The first meal will be a breakfast on Monday, September 8th and the last one – a breakfast on Saturday, September 13th.
Workshop Schedule
All lectures will be given at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of the Jagiellonian University. We kindly ask Lecturers to come to the Lecture Room at least ten minutes before their speech.

We also invite you for the social and cultural events:
- two Integration Evenings (Sunday evening and Friday evening),
- Board Games Evening (Monday evening),
- Bowling and Billiard Evening (Tuesday evening),
- Guided Tour to Nowa Huta District (Wednesday morning),
- Karaoke Evening (Wednesday evening),
- Laser Paintball Evening (Thursday evening).
The first Integration Evening will start on Sunday, September 7th at 6:00 p.m. in Żaczek Student Club (address: Aleja 3 Maja 5, Kraków). The details of the following events will be available in the guidebook that will be handed out during registration. Participation in the events is free of charge.
We provide
a week-long bus/tram ticket for every participant of the Workshop who needs it. Moreover, we would like to estimate the number of people interested in taking part in the events. That is why we ask all the Participants to fill in a form which is located
here.
Directions
From the railway station (or bus station) you should go through Galeria Krakowska to the Dworzec Główny Zachód bus stop. Once you get there, take the bus no. 179 and get off at the AGH stop (fifth stop). Go back along Mickiewicza street and turn left into Reymonta street. The Nawojka Student Hotel is located on this street.
From the airport you should go to the Kraków Airport T1 bus stop. Once you get there, take the bus no. 292 and get off at the AGH stop (twenty third stop). Then go back along Mickiewicza street and turn left into Reymonta street. The Nawojka Student Hotel is located on this street.
To
travel between the Nawojka Student Hotel and the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of the Jagiellonian University we recommend using buses no. 194. To get to the lecture room you should go to the AGH bus stop (Aleja Adama Mickiewicza) and get off the bus at Norymberska stop. Then go towards Kaufland and along the building of Faculty of Management and Social Communication of the Jagiellonian University. The Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science is the yellow building behind it. To get back to the hotel get in the bus at the Norymberska stop and get off at Czarnowiejska stop. Move back to Aleja Adama Mickiewicza, pass AGH main building and go along Reymonta street. You can shorten the trip by going through the AGH campus.
