Information for Participants

Registration of Participants


The conference office is located at the Faculty of Physics, Astronomy and Applied Computer Science of the Jagiellonian University (address: Reymonta 4, Kraków; marked "A" on map).
The office is open:

Registration of Participants will start on Monday, September 16th, during the office opening hours.

Accommodation


The participants will receive accommodation in Nawojka Student Hotel (address: Reymonta 11, Kraków; marked "C" on map) from 2 p.m. on Sunday, September 15th to 12 p.m. on Saturday, September 21st.
The participants who want to use internet access in Nawojka Student Hotel should bring ethernet cables for their laptops (the hotel might not have enough for everyone).

Alimentation


Meals will be served in the TAWO canteen (address: Reymonta 13a, Kraków; marked "B" on map):

The first meal will be a breakfast on Monday, September
16th and the last one – a breakfast on Saturday, September 21st.
It will be possible to buy breakfasts and lunches for people who haven't checked that option during registration (it is enough to tell us one day earlier).

Schedule


All lectures on Monday through Friday will take place at the Faculty of Physics, Astronomy and Applied Computer Science of the Jagiellonian University (room 055, address: Reymonta 4, Kraków). Saturday’s lectures will be held at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of the Jagiellonian University (room 0004, address: Łojasiewicza 6, Kraków).
We kindly ask Lecturers to come to the Lecture Room at least ten minutes before their speech.

The first Integration Evening will start on Sunday, September 15th at 6:00 p.m. in Żaczek Student Club (address: Aleja 3 Maja 5, Kraków; marked "D" on map)
The details of the following events will be available in the guidebook that will be handed out during registration. Participation in the events is free of charge. Sightseeing trips and Billiard Evening have limited number of places so please confirm your participation in these events during registration.

Directions


From the railway station (or bus station) you should go through Galeria Krakowska to the Dworzec Główny Zachód bus stop. Once you get there, take the bus no. 179 and get off at the AGH stop (fifth stop). Go back along Mickiewicza street and turn left into Reymonta street. The building of the Faculty of Physics, Astronomy and Applied Computer Science is on the left. After you go 100 meters along Reymonta street, you will find the Nawojka Hotel on your right.

From the airport you should go to the Kraków Airport T1 bus stop. Once you get there, take the bus no. 292 and get off at the AGH stop (twenty third stop). Then go back along Mickiewicza street and turn left into Reymonta street. The building of the Faculty of Physics, Astronomy and Applied Computer Science is on the left. After you go 100 meters along Reymonta street, you will find the Nawojka Hotel on your right.

Directions to Lecture Room on Saturday


Lectures on Saturday take place in the building of Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of Jagiellonian University (address: Łojasiewicza 6, Kraków). You should go to the AGH stop, take the bus no. 194 and get off at the Norymberska stop (twelfth stop). Then go towards Kaufland and along the building of Faculty of Management and Social Communication of the Jagiellonian University. The building in which lectures are held is yellow.
